Computer room construction system

What is integrated wiring?
The so-called integrated wiring system refers to the preparation and arrangement of communication lines of various systems in various buildings (or building groups) in a standard, unified and simple structured way, including network systems, telephone systems, monitoring systems, power systems, etc. and lighting systems, etc. Therefore, the integrated wiring system is a standard and common information transmission system.
The integrated wiring system is the digital information system infrastructure for intelligent office construction. It is a structured wiring system that unifies the planning and design of all voice and data systems. It provides information and intelligent material media for the office and supports future voice and data. , graphics, multimedia and other comprehensive applications.

(1) High reliability principle
The data center is the interconnection center of core equipment such as servers, network equipment, and storage equipment. The failure of any channel or port may cause abnormal operation or even interruption of the entire system. Therefore, the reliability of the data center wiring system is extremely important. In addition to the commonly used equipment redundancy and physical backup, the wiring system itself must be composed of high-quality, high-reliability products.

(2) High density principle
Since the data center is the core facility of the entire enterprise or user unit, the huge investment makes the space used in the data center very precious, so each device is required to save space as much as possible. As the infrastructure of the data center, the cabling system adopts a small-sized and high-density solution, which can save valuable space for the data center, thereby improving the efficiency of the entire data center.

(3) High security principle
Due to the concentrated equipment placement and the dense cable placement in the data center, the wiring is generally placed in open wireways above/under the raised floor. Since communication cables are not wrapped like power cables, the fire rating and performance of the cables are very important.

(4) The principle of real-time monitoring
The infrastructure of the data center cabling can also be electronically monitored. Using the current popular electronic distribution frame management system can provide administrators with interactive, real-time copper and optical cable connection management. The electronic distribution frame is an effective supplement to the network management software. The electronic distribution frame is mainly used for monitoring, real-time detection, viewing and recording of jumpers. Electronic patch panels provide system administrators with status information on all connections

(5) Plug and play, rapid deployment and installation principles
The pre-connected optical fiber system is specially developed for data center optical fiber cabling, in order to meet the requirements of high reliability, high density, factory termination, engineering testing, and a modular solution that is easy and fast for installers to install.

a. Wiring supervision
The laying of various cables is the most important step in the integrated wiring, so in order to ensure that the cables are not damaged during the wiring process and the reliability and stability of the entire system performance, our company's engineers will complete the work together with the construction personnel on site from beginning to end Cable laying. The laying process is completed in strict accordance with CommScope standards and corresponding international norms. From horizontal cables, backbone optical cables to the installation of each cabinet, high-quality engineering installation can ensure the quality of wiring and ensure the reliability and durability of the system.

b. Wiring
In order to ensure that all indicators of the integrated wiring system can meet the design indicators, our company's engineers will be responsible for installing the wiring and jumpers of the main and distribution racks and optical cables. Project implementation stage and deadline The entire construction should be implemented in stages, and all construction tasks should be completed before the specified time.

c. Construction process requirements
The specification program application for laying cables shall meet the design requirements. The routing shall comply with the construction design regulations.

1) When laying out light and cables, special personnel should be set up at each corner and crossing box to draw according to the unified command, keep the cables in a loose state, and strictly prohibit small loops and dead bends.
2) All lines must be marked, and protective measures should be taken when the cables are in a position vulnerable to external damage on the routing.
3) Optical cables should be bound at bridge exits and turning points. Rubber hoses should be placed on the upper and lower aisles and the binding parts of climbing to avoid side pressure on optical cables. Reserved optical cables with special requirements should be reserved according to design requirements.
4) The environment where the network cable is connected must be clean, and the connection parts, tools, and materials of the optical cable should be kept clean to ensure the connection quality and sealing effect.
5) The cable binding should be firm, with moderate slack, tight, straight and straight. Binding wire buckles should be neat and consistent, and the bending radius of the cable should not be less than 20 times the diameter of the cable
6) The jumper wires should be laid out in a moderate degree of tightness, neat and smooth. The two ends of the wiring must have obvious marks, and the wrong connection is not allowed. The plug-in interface should be tight and firm, and the contact should be good. The plug-in terminal must not be broken or bent, and the cable should be straightened after plugging in, and the appearance should be straight and tidy.
